April -New Beginnings

Hi and welcome to April, this month's theme is:

New Beginnings

All around new life springs forth, the greatest new beginning is in you and I when we come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior. We become totally new, we set aside the past and begin to model our life after Jesus Christ.

Ezekiel 36:26

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. 

The newness extends to how we act towards others and extends to how we think, the beliefs we hold and the words we speak with the Holy Spirit constantly working in us to transform us to be more and more like Christ. We have the best teacher who doesn't condemn our shortcomings but is able to build us up, forgive us and strengthen us to become more and more like Him.
